Vaughn Spencer is the current Council President for The City of Reading. Vaughn Spencer has been in that position since The Ford Model T was invented. Vaughn Spencer has been nothing but a pawn for Mayor Tom McMahon and Al Boscov by trying to grow the city's economy on pork spending with The Goggle Works, IMAX, Goggle Works Apartments, Lincoln Plaza Hotel, etc.
The Reading Eagle won't report the constant corruption of The City either. Please Mr. Vaughn Spencer, step aside and allow somebody with an IQ higher than a pencil eraser to try. Lord knows it can't get any worse!
