I purchased a membership on behalf of my employer in 2005. I notified Vault.com in 5/2007 that there was a charge to my account for $294.00 which I did not authorize and that I was no longer employed by this company. I received no response, and to be frank, I did not follow up on it because I was very busy with my current position. Vault.com makes it nearly impossible to find any info on how to cancel your account, and I had to search the internet to get contact info. Then again on 11/26/2007, another charge of $294.00 was charged to my personal account. I contact Vault.com again, and got in touch with a Customer Service person, who told me my account now cancelled, but was set for automatic renewal, and that he would try to get the $294.00 credited back to me, but would have to talk to his supervisor - the only reason they cannot charge my card again is because it's now expired!! Needless to say I never did hear from him again, and at this point dont expect to. You might find it useful to know that there are 35 such complaints at newyorkbbb.org - Apparently there are many more Vault victims out there. I will never do business with this company again, and will caution every recruiter, recruiting firm and employer against it.
