This company is engaging in the practice of sending bogus invoices for "Vaya American Business Listing Directory" (ABL) in the amount of $449.95! We are a small business located in Arkansas and never even HEARD of this company until we received this fraudulent invoice. In addition, IF we would have contracted with this company for any services we should be listed in their database when searching by our company name and/or phone number which we are NOT!

This is nothing more than another scam similar to EXCEL MEDIA which sent us a bogus invoice in April, 2006 for "advertising" in the amount of $499.00.

I also intend to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector since this company is committing mail fraud.
