Complaint Review: Vayama

Vayama subsidiary of Travix and BCD Holdings N.V. The air ticket I purchased included being able to make changes, but, they have no CS number and are not answering emails. san jose california

Vayama took my money for the air ticket and it included being able to make changes for a fee. They now are not providing that service. They have no working phone and are not answering multiple requests I have sent for changes via email.

I am entitled to make changes/cancellations according to the airlines without a fee if done before the flight. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 6 weeks. My flight is next week and I will lose the ability to make any change as of tomorrow, so, I will lose my ticket because they have simply disappeared.

They cannot be found. Their phone numbers do not work and they are not answering emails.
