VCM Satellite, stated they would install for free and charged 49.99
On 01-17-2002 I ordered VCM satellite, the ad stated it was free all they needed was a credit card to prove who you where.
They sent a card to the housestating free install and first month charge of 49.99 whitch they had charged to my credit card before I recieved and service or any one came out to the house.
VCM charged my credit card from the above date as if I already had the satellite in place!
