VCS Stores Ripoff Rebate Story
To whom it may concern!
I purchased a computer system from the VCStore a year ago, with the promise of rebates. I sent in all the required paper work, but have not recieved any rebate from this company. This is a sorry way to do buisness with the public. I hope somebody can make this company live up to their responsibilities!
