Sent a Play station 2 to this company to be repaired. They replied that it was broken beyond repair. They offered me a trade in on a new PS2 or Xbox plus $174.01.I accepted their offer and on 4/19 they withdrew the $174.01 from my checking account.

I received the Xbox as promised. I never opened it and around the end of July I contacted them as to trading the Xbox back for a trade in on a new Play station 2. Did this because my daughter wanted to take my only remaining PS2 to college.

A guy, I believe his name is Michael, said after they received my Xbox back and they check it out I could get a new PS2 for an additional $134.99.I accepted their offer. Didn't hear from them for awhile but noticed they withdrew the $134.99 almost right away (on 8/04/05).After a couple of weeks I e-mailed them and they stated it was on back order and I was down the list for shipment.

This was mid September. I waited for about six weeks and e-mailed them again and some guy named Michael basically told me I wasn't getting anything because I was screaming at him in my e-mails. No explanation beyond that. My quote screaming was requesting a refund of $309 for the original Xbox plus the PS2 they withdrew the money for from my checking account. I tried; thru various e-mails, being nice, mad, and nasty and even letting this guy Michael know that I would pursue action against him and his company if I didn't get a refund in a week.

The week came and passed with no refund or e-mails. I have all his rather bizarre e-mails for evidence plus the bank statements showing his companies withdraws from my checking account.
