STAY AWAY!! Had purchased one of their GroupOn deals to clean my chimney. It was to be $176 worth of services. Hard to contact & had to call GROUPON to get another phone #. Finally set an appt to be btwn 11a-1p. Technician shows up 20 mins late.
Not here 5 mins & states that I have to pay extra to have him do the job, because the deal only covers 10 ft. & estimates my chimney to be 15 ft. Basically wanting another $60 to do the work. NOwhere is this stated in their offer or fine print. Nor do they have price lists posted on a website or FB page. BUNCH OF SLIMY CROOKS!!!
