Vector Security Locked me into a 3 year contract without informing me and are attempting to charge for repairs that were not completed. Jacksonville, FL FL
The sales person never informed me that I was signing a three year contract. I am now two years into my obligation and they are attempting to charge me for a repair that never took place. The representative never showed up. I have tried to resolve this on numerous occasions, but they refuse to call me back. I would strongly suggest workign with a different alarm company that is more reputable.
