Vegas.com  Very poor customer service. And guess what you can’t talk to a live agent either. Internet

Bought VIP tickets for Donny and Marie for show on October 3rd 2018. Was never notified of the cancellation. Tried to get a refund. They said was on the way. After 15 days money not refunded to my credit card. I had to file a dispute with my bank. They are very unprofessional and are untruthful to their customers.
