Complaint Review: Vegas Frontier Casino

I have played many casinos and have used bonuses to play. I have played at over 17 sights in three years. Never have I experienced such frustration in my life. I played at Vegas Frontier. I won over $5,000. They refuse to payout due to a 100 bonus with a game called Ronin.

There was no listed restrictions on that bonus anywhere on the website. Now they are telling me I was supposed to waiger $5000 at tournament to cash out. I have made over 30 calls to various customer support people all of which have told me different information. I have wagered over $20000.00 with this casino, yet they refuse to payout. This has been going on for over two weeks. I spoke a Marcus, the last customer service rep, who told me I will never get my money. I must loose all of it in order to start over and have never use the bonus' to receive any money. Can anyone out there help me? I have lost time and money with this horrible casino and will be writing to everyone about them!!!! VEGAS FRONTIER ANDALL OF THE CRYSTAL GAMING GROUP ARE CROOKS!!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A LAND CASINO, AT LEAST YOU KNOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY OR LOSE YOURMONEY ON THE SPOT. :-(
