Complaint Review: Vegas Pearl Delight

 Have spent several hundred dollars on what we're suppose to be real Akoya pearls to find out they are fake. When you try to talk to Kristen Burns she just passes you to her mom Vivian Burns who calls you a liar and tells you her products are real. THEY ARE REALLY FAKE. I have taken to 3 different jewlers that have been appraising pearls for $30 years and each one tell me they can't because they are fake. When you confront them they just say your are just trying to get your money back. I tried to be nice and keep this to myself but enough is enough. The first package I was to receive I never did. I even made a police report about it because they were suppose to have been delivered but my video surveillance shows no package. Also they are now selling bath bambs with rings inside for $15, but appraising the rings for $100+. THIS COMPANY IS SO FAKE. And if you try and leave a review on their Facebook page you get to k d you don't have a right to and then are blocked. Last time checked I live in America and am free to do as I please.
