Complaint Review: Vegas World

Vegas World Don't have a name Unable to cancel my subscription and I have automatic payment

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 6 days and received no response.  I clicked on the cancel subscription button and received no email.  I tried this a few times. 

I have sent 4 messages and no response.  I have tried to talk to them online when they are supposed to be online and it just goes back to the main screen.  I have looked for a phone number can't find it. 

On the help page it says it powered by Zendesk so I found that website and the gentlemen says I need to contact Vegas World.
