I have several accounts in VW, all of my accounts have been shut off from getting FREE GEMS. In other words if I want to play it is NO longer FREE to play. I have been banned 4 times and the reason I was banned....ADAM C told me it was because I wasn't a paying customer and he didn't owe me the time of day. You will need my account information please contact me. I want someone with authority to login to my accounts and try to get FREE GEMS. This is a predatory site with FALSE ADVERTISING of being FREE. Something needs to be done I have read all the complaints on sitejabber and all of these people have been complaining for years. HELP VW VICTIMS.

You are complaining because a free entertainment site is allowing you limited access (sounds like it was a free trial) and you think you are entitled to full service for zero payment?
