they charge 20+ percent for collecting accts. They are supposed to verify insurance on vehicle, maintain contact w/ customer,accurately report credit {payments}to all three repositories.they advance 78% of payment.10% is for servicing the acct{reporting credit etc,}.,the rest is their fee.

while servicing our accts., THEY LOST HALF OF OUR CARS! to un-insured accidents, and impounding of towed vehicles{MECHANIC'S LIEN}. THEY ONLY COLLECT FOR THEMSELVES!!!

THEY CONTINUE TO COLLECT AFTER EXPIRATION OF CONTRACT AND AFTER BEING PAID, THEY REFUSE TO RETURN PAID PROMISSORY NOTES AND UCC AGREEMENTS.

they also FALSELY REPORT CREDIT!! they report current status to reporitories,while reporting to dealer DELINQUENT.

AIMEE JONES AND PATRICIA THORNTON HAVE INTERFERRED WITH OUR PERFORMANCE EVEN TO THE EXTENT OF WARNING CUSTOMER OF UP COMING REPO BY DEALER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

You need to contact the State Attorney General, Comsumer Affairs and the DEPARTMENT OF COLLECTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS in you state. Present them with copies of all paperwork you have and start filing REAL complaints. Good luck.
