so... I went to look at a car i had seen online i had a 2004 civic that i owned outright... Th dealership is no longer around but they told me to take home a car i didnt even want so they could look at the civic to appraise while i worked the next day.  I did some paperwork for ins purposes.... and left the next day i went to get my car OOOO no i now owned this car... Well VAC contacted me for payment i explained they didnt care so i paid... Car got impounded three months later not my fault and the court ended up dimissing it all UHOH already too late!!!  VAC wont let a car be in impound even if you are paying for it.

For two weeks they had a man follow me ask my children questions in front of my house bother the ppl at my work etc trying to find out where my car was impounded!  Finally the man talked to me himself I told him!  Was not happy because my payments were ok!  He went and got my car and that was that i thought.  Then they wanted me to pay outrageous fees even though as per the mcso i would not have had to pay impound and they are even saying it was not voluntary i told them where it was!  Mind you i have another vehicle in my husbands name with them with two payments left on it!  They are a joke now im out my civic, out that car and my credit i was repairing is even worse!   IDK how places can repo you when payments are on time
