Complaint Review: Vehicle document alert notice

False information given by mail and not true information given lies and then you call for them to tell you that the warranty isn't no good for reasons they dont give in the letter they send you or that they give you false information as well not true to there letter and that the letter doesnt that what i was reading off the woman I spoke to was very rude wouldn't give me time to talk ask questions nor telling me what the letter states isn't what she was telling me it's all false and a scam and if not a scam I'm complaining about them and not given renewing our warranty on our truck Tahoe as well it states it as well what the warranty covers and she stated that if something is wrong with it already it isn't eligible for the extended warranty but there was warranty until March 28th and she's telling me that is only when to call by not what by the notice so it's all a glass statement and now we get nothing for there company false information and lose put on our truck getting repairs and such more that's rude and something should be done for that and to help us thank you for ur time and any inconvenience I may put on anyone at this time
