I purchased a veinwave in May 2010. At first I was happy, I had bought my device directly from the "so called" Manufacturer in England (Veinwave). Adam was my rep and like all Brits a bit pushy. I wanted this technology so badly that I went for it!
The Unit broke down on me 3 weeks after got delivered. After numerous attempt to have them solve the issue and with no results I brought it to a local repair shop who after opening the unit told me that it was impossible the device was new (old soldering and it looked like a cheap DIY???? I decided to investigate and I have discovered a lot of things. For you out there who are looking to buy a veinwave here it goes:
1. Brian Newman is not the inventor of the technology. It's a lie. It was invented by a French Doctor long before Brian say he invented it. (There is a patent proving it!)
2. While purchasing the device I realized veinwave UK sold my unit without his US distributor knowing it. (reason why no one can fix my unit from here, I have to call the UK and John Fisher their technician is as much a technician as I am the Pope)
3. They have no Manufacturing plant. They are just a marketing firm. I wonder how they manage to get the FDA clearance!? YES they put a sticker on an old device and sold me a re-manufactured unit !!!!
4. There are other products doing the same thing backed by real companies and certainly more reliable than these English TWATS.
I am so made at myself for letting this "bald headed idiot" of Adam close me on this sale. It's sad because I love the technology and I got great results with it. I just don't want to deal with that company anymore.
