I retained the Velahos law group in April. They assured me they were able to assist me in a modification of my loan. In this process I was served foreclosure papers. I worked with my lender on my own and got things worked out and my lender extended my loan and now the foreclosure is over. This company did none of the legwork to come to this conclusion with my mortgage lender. All they did was make my situation worse. I have filed complaints with the senators, the govenor, and the american civil liberties union so far. I also wrote President Obama a letter regarding this company. They need to be shut down. All they are doing is taking peoples hard earned money and giving nothing in return. I honestly think they are falsifying their reports to make it look like they are legitimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the bar association in New Jersey. Basically I won't stop. I won't quit until they are closed down. All they had to do was refund my money and I would have shut up. Now my goal is to make sure they don't take advantage of anyone else. I have been advised by the New Jersey housing authority not to ever pay a company for a modification. There are modification companies that are non profit and don't charge anything!!!! Learn from my mistake, don't hire these people.

I have contacted the New Jersey Attroney Generals Office and they have sent me complaint forms to fill out, I also have filed with the Supreme Court Of New Jersey District Ethics Committe I want My money back too but the just ignore the calls. They did the same to me and did nothing my home was going into foreclosure and I had to borrow money to fix it now I am going through my mortgage company also and they to are investigating this so called Law Firm and it's consultants. Some friends of mine tried them too and their home actually went up for sale and they still tried to tell them they talked to their mortgage company when it was the homeowners themselves that worked things out. They even went as far as calling their mortgage company and pretending to be the homeowner that is fraud I believe. They messed my bank account up with fees and took more than they were suppose to and when I got that back they still would not refund the rest of my money we need to get the word out there to stop these theives. How can we all get in contact with one another to work together on this. I even called 7 on your side but no response from them yet. I am filing with the court on the company the the consultant I dealt with and he knows who he is. This site does not let u put email or phone numbers so we all ahve to figure out a way to get in comtact with each other in order to work together and put a stop to this.
