Complaint Review: Velez

 I am a surviving witness to computer crimes which breach national security and there are many affiliates involved in these crimes.  Mareana Helene Perez-Walden of the Seattle Heights trailer court hwy 99 in Lynnwood, washington consistantly made police reports and these were covered up and ignored she is now murdered 1981.  I am witness to american military shipments being stolen this was covered up in accounting and/or its in the records as not the correct shipment.  Radar net material is one of the items stolen and sold to the underground then this now covers wires and cables, homebuilt computers were made as not to be on record and many of these are underneath of public storage units and finally, computer chips were smuggled into the united states on the tags of oriental blankets.  Therefore, undetected computers and chips are connected right into the banks and 'inside' cashiers have been selling personal information including 'signitures' deposite amounts, who has money ecetera. among other articles stolen from the american army was c-4 which was also sold to the underground made into different compounds and molded to look like ordinary landscaping rocks used in conjuction with radar covered wires and magnetics.  Agnes Tallman who lived in Lakestevens, washington also made police reports all 'covered up and ignored.  During the time, that I witnessed stolen military shipments Officer Greg Cessna from colorado worked under cover to investigate, he worked together with Bobby Lee Tallman 1988 Snohomish county washington.  We can report crimes all of us victims have, thats just covered up ignored until we are murdered.
