Complaint Review: Velocci Model and Talent Management

 I have been working for this modelling agency for a year and a half now, and in that time span they have only landed me two gigs. The very first gig I got was for a music video, and they took 2 months to pay me - and when they finally did, it was 17 dollars out of a 200 dollar pay for some random hidden "agency dues" .. My second gig was for a town shoes ad for 500 dollars, it's been another two months now and still no payment. The agent Mario keeps evading my requests and coming up with a plethora of ridiculous excuses as to why there hasn't been a payment. I am in firm belief he has taken the money from the gig and stolen it to support the high costs of running the agency. He has stolen money from models in the past, and he has also ripped off numerous models in the agency, models that I have talked to and even worked with. He has no regard for our development or well being, and has no conscious when it comes to stealing money from his hard working models and talents. This behaviour has to stop and I will be the one to speak out against it.
