If you are an auto transporter, exporter or shipper, DO NOT USE Velox Shipping Intl.

Rena Reiter is a manager or the owner.

We hired Velox to ship a small package to Russia from Netherlands. Value of the package was $10,000. Rena, a Russian J** (bad combination) who I dealt with, did not have a single idea on how to ship product to or within Europe. 

The ended up hiring a Finish company who is just as bad. They took 3 weeks to get back to us to ask the right documents. At the end of the day they refused to ship and asked for $300 for nothing!

I was in Moscow at that time and I had to hop the train and drive 15 hours to finland pick up the package, pay them $300 and go back to Moscow.

That was the worst experience ever. Prior to that the kept begging us to ship our cars with them to Europe, but I never ship expensive shipments without first trying out on small shipments. I was right, they are useless and dishonest.

Not only I was ripped of our partner who also shipped through them has been ripped off. They crashed his vehicle during loading and refused to pay out for damages.

Bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM VELOX SHIPPING, unless you are an adrenaline junkie and like to be yelled at.

Literally, they will yell and scream and swear at you!

Only after we were mistreated I noticed a bunch of reviews about their company. and they were ALL BAD!!!

Do your due diligence and research the company before using it.

The problem with your entire rip off report, is the flagrant racism. You sir, although maybe making a valid point have entirely discredited yourself by letting your emotions get the better hand on you. 

You sound more like a child than a mature adult. If you had a problem with the company, I am sure they would have been more than willing to resolved said conflict with you. But as noted by your tone of voice, and overall demeanor, it is easy to see how ANYONE could have a problem reaching a conflict resolution with you.

 

Did you try talking on the phone? Did you make sure not to use curse words, or derogatory terms?

 

As with any company when difficulties arise, both parties must behave in a respectful manner....

 

I have worked with Velox international Shipping, Inc. Before. 


They were a very respectful company, and were willing to help resolve any conflict I had while shipping with them. Unfortunately I stopped working with them, but not because they were not a good freight forwarder, but because I changed businesses.

 

 

 

As someone reading a ripoff report, you also have to understand that many times people are angry and write reviews that may or may not be true, and can be lacking certain details.


So, John or whoever you are. It is clearly evident that you have a personal vendetta against the owners of this company, hence use of their first name. rather than the company name. Grow up.  And I wish you nothing but luck in search of a better freight forwarder, but ask that you not spread lies, especially ones fabricated from your what appears to be rather hot temper and deeply rooted racial issues.

By the way, there are clear guide lines as to how you need to write a rebuttal.


"The" Stacy, Don't make fun of yourself here by misspelling the title :), "the idiot" you must be "the idiot" to think that you came out on top. Please pay attention to how you use your tenses and punctuation properly. And by the way, "the" Stacy, or is it Rena??? Please do not attempt to write another rebuttal as you will just make "the" idiot of your self :) And if you do, please refrain from any profanity and stick to the real point of your rebuttal. Getting into verbal wars is not a safe idea.

First of all, you spelled 'lose' incorrectly, which gives me a rough idea as to why your package got lost.  And secondly, any IDIOT that goes onto a website and makes some stupid derogatory and prejudicial comment about 'Russian Jews' probably got what he deserved.

What did you do, go in there and say "hey, you stupid Russian Jew, do you think you can handle shipping this $10,000 package?"

Your argument really lacks credibility when you come across as illiterate and prejudice all in the same paragraph.
