I purchased an exteded warranty for my car in 2006, financed through Mepco. The total amount was  $2712.00.  I called several times to get a policy, when I could get through, and after 4 years I still have no verification.  I was told a few days ago that the company (US Fidalas)  went out of business and that my warranty was sold to Vemeco.   I am still waiting for that policy the man told me last week he was going  to put in the mail immediately.  I became suspicious and went on line and found all of these complaints.  I didn't have a computer when I purchaced the warranty or I wouldn't gone ahead with the purchace.  I now have no pretection for my car should anything happen.  I'm wondering if there are any trustworthy people left.

US Fedlis tried this garbage with me. They wanted near $ 3,000 and were pestering me for my Credit Card Number. I told them I would thouroughly research them and then get back with them. It was then I saw hundreds of complaints and NEVER called them back.

It works like this : They suck you dry for 3 or 4,000 dollars and have NO intention of EVER paying for anything. They make you keep records ( which thankfully I have kept since day one ) of all oil changes and service records. The MINUTE you don't follow one thing they are dodging paying ANYTHING. From a smalll warrented item up to your transmission.

They stayed in business by collecting THOUSANDS and paying NOTHING.

I did not know they closed down. Is that true or is that one of the scammers answering the phone ?
