I heard about the program on Sean Hannity.  I went to the website, filled out my info, and did not submit it.  Wiped it out.

A week later, I got a call from them.  For multiple times I tried to find out what they wanted me to rep, what the ads would look like (ever seen those terrible long ads for "nutrition" items?  uggghhh...) and they wanted me to pay for a disk and brochure to be sent to me.  For the Fed Ex fees, $10.99.

Then they insisted I call let them know I got it and they would call me at a certain time.  Had to confirm it 24 hours ahead.  Had to read the brochure and fill out my goals, and watch the DVD.

Excuse me, write my goals in a brochure I now have to send back to them?  What kind of h*o-doo is that?  Read on....

The DVD and brochure was allllll hype.  No substance.  Had no idea what they wanted me to sell, or how..... And they kept stressing you had to follow their system or else.  That's the next red flag....marketing is always customer - not company - driven if you are to succeed.  So they were into mind control.  That's precisely what it appeared.

Next?  The DVD started out with all kinds of talk about the times we find ourselves in...instead of what you enjoy and how good their product is and what needs it serves and how it can help people.  Very, very negative.  Another mind control piece of work.

There was no substance in all of it.  Which means one thing:  Something is very wrong.

Their phone call did not come through properly past the time set and I got a message whining about "I could have scheduled others" and "we had a time set" and etc.  I called back.  Took them awhile to put me on ANOTHER hype message from a guy that told me nothing.  One person told me they were Vemma products only after I pressed them.

I told them I was not interested.  They pressed me to hear another presentation next week.

I called back after reading reports here and especially about them charging on your credit card with no allowing of it to be done....and told them specifically not to, that I didn't want to move forward.  They said they wanted their materials back.  I told them "a Brochure and a Disk?" and they said I had only paid for "Shipping and Handling".

Yes, they are a ripoff.  Thank you to everyone who made the posts they did.

I am currently a Brand Partner with Vemma and I'm very sorry to hear your case. Vemma is a Nutrition company that utilizes Network Marketing for its products. Unfortunately many of those who are promoting the business as "Brand Partners" are more interested in lining their pockets than the welfare of the consumer or even the company for that matter.

I am sure that you have probably had quite the earful already from these 3rd party contractors, however I assure the products from Vemma are quite valuable. I am myself a large fan of the original Vemma formula and the Verve energy drink. The great taste and the astounding results of the clinical studies where a major part of why I decided to join, as it should be with any network marketing oppurtunity. I will not go in to all the reasons that I enjoy the product or why I think it's worth buying and investing in, however I would love to go over it with you or anyone else if you are interested. I am very well-versed in much of the literature surrounding my product and my oppurtunity.

Anyway, I feel it's neccessary to point out that those Vemma Brand Partners are not tied to Vemma and that their behavior is in no way condoned by the company. You and anyone else after you would do well to simply report them to Vemma.

I know from first-hand knowledge that Vemma does not take well to Brand Partners attempting to scam anyone with the Vemma business oppurtunity and will waste no time in terminating any ties from them along with demandning forfeiture of any pay or allowances that were illegally or wrongfully obtained.

Also those Brand Partners are foolish, when the system is utilized properly and Brand Partners do their work properly the system is far more rewarding and has long-term benefits.

Anyone who is interested making real money with Vemma or who is intersted in the products feel free to contact me.
