Mr. Jim Ellis, since you actually read the rip-off report I'll contact you by this means. It seems odd to me that a legitimate company can't,(or won't) keep the same phone number for more than a week. Is there a reason for this other than ducking bill collectors and angry clients? You have my $1225 and that would seem to be your last care in dealing with me. I'll be placing the remaining 55 vending machines your locators couldn't place for the simple fact that you can't get the job done. I'm tired of your staff lying to me, I'm fed up with no-one returning my phone calls, I'm tired of always looking for your new phone number to try to contact you. I've given you several opportunities to correct the wrongs that have been done, but you chose not to do things in a professional manner. Shame on you and your staff !! I've said a prayer for you Mr. Ellis because of all the sinners in the world you would appear to need it most. I'm sure your aware of your fate if you don't change for the better because your current path seems hell-bent on making a new home at Joliet(state penitentiary). Your locators that did make a cameo appearance placed 5 machines and made me feel like I was working with America's Most Wanted. They skipped town the next day, said they were helping someone else. Sure glad I'm such a valued customer. Good day and goodbye.
