My husband bought 52 machines bulk vending machines. We received the machines and the runts, receeses pieces, cashews, peanuts, m&m's and skittles. We were promised to be sent locator from vending dreams to locate the machines.

My husband paid $1,000 for a locator. This was two months ago. He has since paid 3 months of storage fees, 60 dollars worth of long distance calls.

We are always being promised that a locator wii finally be sent and no one show. Either they are sick, car wreck, in the hospital, I mean we have had every excuse. they finally did send someone up from l.a. my husband met him and the locator of course needed one of the machines to go a set some locations. He took one of the machines and never came back..

We then received a phone call he had to fly home because his daughter was in the hospital. Haven't heard from him since, and he took one of the machines. tomorrow we are calling the police.

If you received phone calls to get your machines out then you know the locating company stinks. They don't follow the contract at all. The only thing I agree with is that you have the final say to where the machines go in the location.

I have already left messages to these crooks and they won't last at all. Since their a business why don't V D return my calls or messages. They're jealous that I will have much success in this business.

You have to take the time and do your homework. Spread the word and let people know.

You already threw out money which could have been pure profit depending on whats in your machines.

There was another posting guaranteeing you thousands of dollars. You don't know of a certain place how much you will make at all. You won't make a million in your first year thats for sure unless you know owners really well and so far I'm establishing myself.

its been a month now and yes finally somebody came and placed the machines. The contract is 1000 dollars up front and then 1,000 dollars after machines are placed. The man located the machines and he was paid. The man is from washington(works for vending dreams) it hasn't even been a week and all ready were receiving calls from the locations saying to get he machine off of the property. I could scream , iand that Bob Mcgee still has one of the machines.

FIrst off I wanted to point something out. My vending name isn't competition at all if the site owners read this. I'm trying to help some people.

As for Vending Nightmares your company will be shut down very soon. You don't deliver the services as rendered in the contract I hope you all go unemployed.

if you look at all the contracts from these companies its the same thing

Let me put it to you this way. I work for one of the Big three as well as work in a hotel. I have limited time so I spread the word to people. I don't know how your going to recoup the amount of money but if you look at all the contracts from these companies its the same thing.

My franchise owner has something not only in the patented stages but will bring in billions of dollars and from what I know of if its what I think is going to happen these companies won't be able to get into the Philadelphia region.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! Thank you for your information. Your right i should take it to the supreme court. I have been going and trying to find locations myself. Its just the entire situation. I think I am still pretty mad and that shows in my attitude while trying to locate.
I'm sure you will succeed with your machines

Call the attorney generals office and tell the company your taking this all the way to the Supreme court.

Thats your property. The CONTRACT IS BOGUS.

Why don't you just pay people to look for the locations or learn to place them yourselves. You fell for the trap. ANd vendstar what the heck.

I have different machines and I'm going all the way.

They give excuses. They're not providing the services that you asked and the breach of contract.
