Their web site and their salesmen will tell you that they manufacture the machines in the USA.
This is a lie! All the parts are manufactured in China, and the machines are assembeled here.Another lie they tell you is that they all have routes of their own, and make all kinds of money with them. They send their son's to law school with the money, they buy them expensive SUV's with the money, etc. Another lie!!
Onlt 1 of their salesmen owns his own route, and he had to take a job selling their machines because he wasn't making any money with his machines!
They'll tell you they'll give you a 20 year or lifetime warranty. Its worthless! It only covers you for any defects in manufacturing, which is virtually impossible to prove.
Some salesmen will tell you that the locaters will "freeze" a 9 or 10 mile radius for you, where they will not locate any other machines. B.S.! The locators they use are alcoholics, drug addicts, or both! They WILL NOT introduce you to the store owner, and they won't even let you into the store with them.
They'll either tell the store owner that just to let it stay there 2 weeks, or they'll get a percentage of the money, or they'll just drop the machine there and run out! That's why so many machines wind up in dumpsters!
Another trick they like to pull is they'll take your machines and say the'll come back with the addresses of where they located them. When you go to the address, you find they've never been there! They either dump them or steal them!
They'll get Jennifer Buffington(Speciality Marketing) to "warranty" a minium of anywhere from $2.00 to $4.00 income per machine per day, or they'll move it for free to a new location. Read the fine print!! In order to stay in compliance, and not blow the "warranty" EVERYDAY you must count the money in each machine, have the store manager confirm it, have it notarized, and sent by registered mail to Speciality Marketing. That's 1 letter per machine, per day!!

I HAVE JUST RECEIVED WORD, FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE, THAT THE FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT FILED BY A SPECIALTY MARKETING CLIENT HAS BEEN DISMISSED. THE JUDGE FOUND NO WRONG DOING ON SPECIALTY MARKETING'S PART!!! THAT MEANS THAT OUR PEERS LISTENED TO THE FACTS AND DECIDED THAT SPECIALTY WAS RIGHT!!!! FOR ALL OF YOU OUT THERE WHO FEEL THAT SPECIALTY MARKETING, THE PUTNAM'S OR VENDSTAR DO SOOOOO WRONG, THEN YOU NEED TO LOOK UP THE CASE THAT WAS DISMISSED IN BLUFFTON, SC!!!!!! SPECIALTY IS FIGHTING ONE BY ONE PEOPLE WHO FILE LAWSUITS THAT ARE FRIVOLOUS WITH NO BEARING!

Maybe you guys at Vendstar can help me out, I have some questions that I'd like honest answers to.
Isn't it true that you mislead customers with false income claims?
Isn't it true that you tell the that you have your own route, tell them how much money you make with it, when you own zero machines?
Isn't it true that you tell people that you manufacture the machines in the U.S., when in fact all the pieces are manufactured in China, and only assembeled here?
Isn't it true that the quality of the machines is even worse now?
Locks pop out, lids don't fit, and the main unit can't stay on the poles.
Isn't it true that you know in advance that when you refer them to a locator, drunks, drug addicts, and derilects will show up and either dump or steal their machines.
Isn't it true,that when you use Jennifer Buffington (no matter what name she may be using at the moment) you don't tell the people that the terms of her "warranty are virtually impossible to comply with?
These are only some of the questions, a prosecuter might ask you one day, so maybe you should start practicing with some answers.
Just one final thought. What makes you think that you haven't been taped ALREADY?
