Venicom wireless is a scam artist, I ordered two phones from them. The same day I received them, the company asked me to return them because they can't receive the discount they hope for from Tmobile. effectively force me to cancel the contract with T-mobile. After I canceled the Tmobile contract, they asked me for contract breach fee for canceling the contract. In the mean time, they refuse to issued credit for my credit card saying the return phones have to be accepted by T-mobile. No one know how long that will take.
