Complaint Review: Venkata Panduranga Rao Vura SAP FICO Consultant

We have confirmed a vara Panduranga Rao SAP FICO consulant for a 12 months project over at New jersey. As per consultant request client wanted him to start on March 10, 2008, consultant agreed also the consulting company agreed. Suddenly on march7 (friday at 6.30) i get a call from the consulting company stating that Panduranga rao has left their company and taken a full time oppurtunity , hence will not join the project. After signing all the contract and Purchase order, these guys backed out.This consultant/ consulting company has put us on akward situation with our client.
Later we came to know that this consultant resume is fudged, he has cometo america just 3 months back, marketed his resume showing 5 years of USA experience.
anybody dealing with this company or the consultant beware, do not get cheated like us
