Ventas Riviera Maya, S, A. de C. V. Time Share purchased from them and they were supposed to get us out of the old time share Puerto Vallarta
We purchaseed a travel membership program from them in Sept 2014. The membership was with Vaction Privileges.
The agreed under the terms of the purchase to take over ownership of our time share at the Welk Resort in CA. They did nothing and we still have ownership of that time share.
