Complaint Review: Ventilation Purification

Ventilation Purification's powerful truck-mounted vacuums can suck pollutants from a homes entire network of vents, ducts, and returns. During a visit, techs with decades of experience use state-of-the-art high-efficiency particulate air systems to filter out mold, pollen, lint, and dust mites from indoor air, helping soothe symptoms of allergies and asthma. Groupon customers will also receive a complimentary furnace inspection during their visit.  

They took all the vents off then disassembled my furnance and ONLY THEN did they tell me the groupon I purchased would only cover one "furnace run," not the whole house.  I'm still not sure what their definition of entire network of vents is.  I was then told that if I wanted the entire network of vents, ducts, and returns cleaned, I would have to pay them an ADDITIONAL $269!  I told them to get the h**l out of my house.  Get this, the guy then tells me he can not leave my house until he talks to his Ventilation Purification boss!
 
After he and his partner left, I then had to spend time putting everything back together.  Ventilation Purification really gives ventilation companies a bad name which is a shame.
