Venture Custom Pools lack of customer service & commuication Internet

once again Venture's communication and customer service lacks ALL professionalism. we had problems last year when they built our pool with communication and nothing seems to have changed. we found a crack it the plaster so we called Venture, after waiting for 2 weeks for some one to come out we called again to hear they forgot.... the crack is now fixed (doesn't match the rest of the pool) and every time my wife or I call to talk to Shelia she never has the answers we need and says she'll call us back and never does.  we have waited a few days for someone to come back out and get our pool chemical and salt added and was told today that they came out "yesterday" but once again Sheila can't tell us what was added. we tested the water and it 's off the charts in a bad way and we don't know what they put in the pool  and what they didn't.

don't get me wrong they built us a nice pool but they're customer service or lack of stinks. not sure why this guy named Tony that added chemicals to our pool couldn't call and tell us what he did instead of going through the lack of customer service department to hear I'll have to find out. Venture agreed it would be covered by warranty but Sheila has also stated they were trying to get things done in a way that it doesn't cost them anything.

I have just left a voice mail with Chris our builder, I know this is not his job but I'm hoping he can find out  what's being done to our pool and what's going to be done. if I had the owners phone number I would call him too. the cheapest piece of equipment in a office is the phone and they don't know how to pick it up and use it.
