I contacted rca to have my tablet repaired. They gave me this address in New York to send it.ups tracking stops there. I called ups because I couldn't gat any tracking information!They said it wasnat that address and it would take 4-8 weeks to get it back! ! I asked if they would let me know via email or something, because its like it is gone into a void or something. She said they would email me, but its been 4 weeks already! I'm afraid that I' m not going to get it back! I paid a 30.00 repair fee to rca, and shipping cost me 27.00 !A new one is only 79.00 The worst part is I cannot get a status or any info! Help!
