Venturer electronics RCA RCA Tablet Voyager 7 sent to repair got a cheaper model Markham Ontario
Well I ordered a RCA Tablet Voyager with Keyboard Folio 7 inches Android 4.4, KitKat 4 Core processor 8 GB storage Model RCT6773W22KB from Wal-Mart.com I received the product my niece loved it. Well it wouldn't turn on at all she had taken great care of the tablet. I sent it in to RCA but it went to a place in Canada Venturer electronics Inc. 725 Denison St, Markham, ON L3R 1B8, Canada. Well all the support staff is always from India with thick accents. Finally they sent it back the Tablet is 7 inches RCA Android 4.2 Jelly Bean a Dual-core processor 8 Gb Storage a way cheaper model. I've researched both devices this is about $30 I bought the higher end product was around $60. Getting ahold of these people by phone is nearly impossible. Only email mainly they don't understand English well enough.
