Complaint Review: Venus Voicemail Service

I recieved a call from Venus Voicemail informing me that they wanted to send me information about their voicemail service. I told them I was NOT interested but they insisted that I recieve an informational packet via the mail, they then told me that they had to ask me a series of questions to take me off there list. Numerous times he informed me that I'm not signing up for any thing and that this phone call was to take me off there list.

Now it is Mar 8 2003 and I recieved my phone bill with a charge on it for there voicemail service, two months after I had told them I'm not interested in there service.
