Rip-off I cancelled reservations for hotels in New Zealand two months ago and the company keeps stalling with refunds due me.
First they said it was due to SARS, even though there was no cases reported in New Zealand. Then they stated that my credit card porcessing could take up to 45 days, which my card company states is a lie. Now they will not return my e-mails and have changed their web location from New Zealand rooms.com to Aucklandhotel24.com. BEWARE! If you are worried about getting your money back due to cancellation - do not book with this company.
