William Veve and his fellow croney Daniel Burgess who represents himself as "Will's biggest fan" and "Will's first investor" are basically running a ponzi scheme where as they must bring in new money to pay back old investors or anyone that requires payment to keep their scam in Verde Media Group (OTC: VMGI) going.
Desperate for marketing and new investors, Will Veve and Daniel Burgess of "Tucker Financial" came up with a scheme in which they would post date a check for services provided by our company and promised the check for $20,000 would clear. The check was deposited 10 days after the already postdated date, after services were rendered, and after over $15,000 in fees were paid out by my firm on behalf of Verde Media.
Our banker said the account the check was written on has almost never been in good standing and whoever wrote the check had no intention of writing a good check.
Neither Will Veve or Daniel Burgess respond to phone calls or messages now that the check has bounced. We are filing a police report in connection to this check fraud and hope ths serves as a warning to anyone else out there who may be speaking with these con artists that they CANNOT BE TRUSTED and they will STEAL WHATEVER THEY CAN FROM YOU.

I want to confirm the scam artist William Veve from Verde Media - William and Daniel Burgess were trying to raise money for their shell company Verde Media and were proposing cash for convertible stock after some holding period from our NYX VC firm/fund. Upon Due diligence, it was obvious to us within minutes that this company has no direction and is used as pump and dump. They some what stay under the SEC radar since they are not fully reporting so they produce these bogus press releases that have no substance which is an attempy to rally the stock. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I will save the horrific details of dealing with these shady characters at this point/.

Look at the cover up scam at work ! First complaint has an ID named "noneedtolie" and the rebuttal ID "NoNeed2Lie - ()" tries to mimick the complaint ID and resond by covering up the Dan Burgess and Tucker Financial involvement. Looks like another pure scam at work !

After speaking with Daniel Burgess and Tucker Financial we are happy to now know that they were NOT involved in any scheme or in cahoots with Will Veve and would like to ensure that anyone who reads this knows that we appreciate Mr. Burgess's communication with us and the clarity he provided on the situation. Mr. Burgess is a stand up guy and we would like to officially apologize for including him in the report we were forced to write due to a total lack of response or communication.
