bought 2 sanitizing wands @ costco.  the larger wand did not work and the smaller did not take the charge.  I sent the products to be fixed.  Not only did they not fix them, they refused to return them to me.  even after speeking to the general manger, they still declined to take any action.  FTI: the customer service is located in Connecticut.  the ordering comes from Vermont  I WANT MY WANDS BACK.

I" ll never get my property back.  think twice about purchasing any of their products
