Verisign / AT&T ripoff mistreated and ripped off Virginia Beach Chesapeake Virginia

Last year in May I called to have my phone line with Verisign/AT&T (at that time billed together) terminated. The renter called Verisign pretending to be me notifying Verisign the phone no longer needed to be terminated.

They did not verify any personal info. After three months I had a credit problem and discoved this problem. Verisign and AT&T now being billed separately.

Verisign reimbured numerous 1-900 calls noting the error that the original account had these calls block.

AT&T has yet to reimburse me for the long distance calls. I have been forwarded to numerous departments and sent numerous faxes. I have spent may times on hold for hours at a time. I have faxed statements and police reports only to have them "lost/not received."

AT&T has been a big pain and they have lost a costumer for life...
