First week of January I went to VeriSign's website. I was looking to purchase a secure messaging Class 1 Digital ID to use with my work email address in my Microsoft Outlook email client.

I filled out all my contact and credit card billing information. I also TRIPLE-CHECKED to verify I had my correct work email address entered. It then stated that I would receive an email from them to the email address I entered that would give me a key code to use to go and download my Digital ID. Two days go by and still no email with the ever so important key code.

I thought, well, maybe the message got caught in my company's spam filter at my work. Talked to our IT guys and after quite a bit of investigating no trace of the email at all anywhere from VeriSign. A couple weeks have gone by and still no sign of an email.

I have spoken to multiple people at VeriSign in the meantime and they have no clue what company they even work for it seems. I have also sent many emails to id-support@verisign.com since according to VeriSign's website is the only way to get support for this Digital ID product. Not even an accknowledgement back from them at all.

I am very frustrated with VeriSign. I just want to be able to download my Digital ID that they already CHARGED ME for or either get a refund asap. Neither of those options seem to be in the near future I'm sad to say.
