I had recently became aware of Verizon charging me for a service, (the Spanish Channel), which I did not order nor authorize. I do not speak Spanish nor to I have anyone who lives or visits with me who would be viewing the Spanish Channel. I engaged in an online customer service chat with Verizon, brought to their attention my dispute, and simply requested they provide me with proof that I ordered or otherwise authorized this servcie. Verizon's response was that it was my responsibility to notice that I was being billed for a service which I did not order and to then fix it. This means that Verizon can "pack" as many services as they want to onto your "bundles" and bill you...hoping that you never find out about it. Be carefull....and read your bills!
