We bought our cells in Nov. of 2001,here it is only Mar. of 2002 and I have had my husbands # changed 3 times due to the number already assigned to someonw else. We have had numerous billing errors in which the reps sould not explain.Our cells had been disconnected in error.When I tried to escalate I was told to speak w/Ruth and was not given a last name, I had to leave my name and number and she still has not returned my phone call. The latest load of crap we are having to deal our montly bill being 246.12, and we were not delinquent on payments.I called and got to speak with one of the reps who then transferred me to a so called specialist who said I requested early termination and that this bill has a 150 dollar fee on it (which still doesnt accoun for the other 96.12)when I disputed that misinformation he then said sorry it seems this was a mistake on our part, your new total is 71.23. What, I regret ever doing buisness with this company but I will not pay 150 per phone for early termination, I am getting out asap!
