After being overbilled, having to recomit for another two years to get the advertised free in network calling my account was cut off for non payment. My account had a credit balance of 56 dollars they actually owed me money and yet cut off the service. Then to add insult to injury they could not get to a customer service person to set a switch to reinstate the service. I wasted three hours of my life and still don't have a working phone. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had from any company. You can't get to a live person for hours then they can't fix there own systems bugs. Will never use them again.
