Complaint Review: Veritis Intersoft

The company contacted me through Career Builders and offered to allow me to make $6500.00 a month by cashing their checks and pocketing 10% of the check amount. They stress the importance of acting within 48 hours to keep employeed.

The scam is they send you a bogus check and before the check comes back to your bank unpaid they ask you to wire the funds to an address in Austria. The check I received was in the amount of $1897.99 from Qchex and the name on the check was Michele White with a valid Chicago address. They use Versa Check to print the checks and the postal stamp on the envelope the check was in was San Diego, CA. I was lucky not to fall for their scam. Be careful.
