Verizions Wireless overcharged on payments with payments not deducted Internet
I have a copy of my bills that are payed on a monthly basis from Verizon's, I pulled their web site up and copied them off, I called to ask that it be rectified for March and with no luck, I have been given the run around and denial over and over, I was told that Verizon does not make mistakes that I was not looking at the bill correctly I have calculated my bills from Jan till June, I have payed over what was due of $686.26, in an excess of $15.00 and still owe a balance of $267.00 by their calculations I asked them to go over this with me, they did but they will not acknowledge their mistake.
