Verizon Beware of bill padding and extra charges, Internet

Verizon has loads of bait and switch deals. Ask them to explain your bill and they try to wear you down by transferring you so someone else can start fresh giving you bad info and an inability to back up numbers in your bill,  After getting fed up with their shady practices I tried switching service to a different company ( Charter) but Verizon would not release my numbers for over 1 1/2 months. They sent the coolers (company men) to convince me that I should not drop service and continously refused to release my service (numbers to Charter. At one point they even disconnected one of the numbers without my knowledge or permession even though there was a credit balance on the account.

Their employees are pompous and often insulting. Try Charter as it is a much better deal and does not have all the hidden fees. Goodbye verizon  after 30 plus years you lost a customer due to your monthly scams and inability to explain your excessive charges.
