Verizon claimed $482 from me. This while I always pay my bills on time. Good credit is very important to me. I called them and they admit something went wrong with my account, but they didn't reimburse me. I called them again, and again, but no action has been taken from their side. They ended up sending me a letter from a collection agency stating I had to pay the above amount within 10 days. I did pay the amount instantly since I don't want to ruin up my credit. This situation made me very angry, but it seems there was nothing I could do. Companies like Verizon seem to can get away with everything. If you don't pay the amount they think you owe them, they simply put it in collection.

Recently I found out about this site. It would be great if we could accuse Verizon of fraud. For the sake of all people who were mistreated by this company. Thanks
