Verizon cable company added upgrade that i have no knowledge of ordering va beach, Virginia
ok, i recieved a bill verizon bill with $205.17 and when i called and said that i had $40 a month for a valued customer, they said i upgraded services and that they no longer had that valued customer that was until march 2011. i do not remember making any upgrades to something that they never informed me of cancelling this valued customer and when i said i wanted to terminate it they said termination fee is 360something. they never informed me that they were offering me to pay more for upgraded services. when is called first time a lady named amber said it was the cheapest package available. than a guy named byron told me that i have to pay termination fee for a cheaper package. they do not inform you of additional paid services and then claimed you purchased another service that you never purchased.
