On 3/1/2011 I placed an order for residential phone service online, the first problem I came across was the plan I wanted, it gave me a choice to have caller ID or not but each time I chose to opt-out it just kept adding it onto my order,finally I left it alone and completed the order,fast forward to 4/1-8/11 I never recieved a bill so I contact customer service which then informed me that I was late on my payment and was being charged long distant charges,I then let them know that according to the Freedom Plan all local and long distant charges were included and that my first bill would come out to $62.50 yet they were chrarging $101.33 and that they got my address wrong an with out an account # I couldn't pay the bill, so they would send out another bill, not, come the 18th I talked to one of thier customer service reps(paul) and asked him why I haven't recieved my bill and that I wanted to make a payment he told me that my service was not going to be affected and that I would be recieving the bill by the end of the week, well come the 20th no phone service, I then get the bill today, I contacted them on line made a paymet of $50.00 but was told by Charlene on chat that service couldn't be put back up until the full amount was paid.All this problem was caused by them.
