This happened to me too. I had to turn into a complete Karen in order to get one. I told them that I thought their promo offer issue was so deep rooted that as a company they don’t know how to address it so they are giving their customers the run around until their customers give up or forget. I had spent lots of time spanning all of their social media posts about the issue and warning others or commiserating with those who also had the same issue. I told Verizon if they didn’t ship my Nintendo Switch then I would continue spamming all of their home internet ads with my experience and that I had already contacted BBB, FTC, and Ripoff Report. I got the Nintendo Switch shipped directly after that threat and received my FedEx tracking link. I just went to look for the home internet ad on Facebook that I was commenting on to warn others and they have deleted all of their home internet ads with promo offers! How crazy is that!?
